Located inside the Antique Society Building just south of town, Society Bakery makes fun and elaborate custom cakes, croissant sandwiches and all manner of desserts. They are open for brunch and lunch. Nice outdoor seating area.

Two Dog Night Creamery
Two Dog Night makes their ice cream using fresh organic Straus cream. They freeze their small batch ice cream using liquid nitrogen, which leaves little air whipped into the cream, creating a creamy dense texture. Flavors change with the seasons.

Grateful Bagel
This tiny bagel shop just south of Sebastopol’s downtown has been a popular local hangout since 1979. It opens extra early - 5:30 am (or 6 am on Sundays). Large array of bagels of all sorts and delciously flakey croissants make this place a popular morning hangout on weekends. They don’t have a website or a Facebook, but they’re busy nonetheless. MK Jelly Donuts and Pure Water
Locals just call it “Donuts and Water,” and that name says it all. Literally. Half of the store is devoted to water, the other half to sweet traditional American donuts. A popular stop on Sebastopol’s downtown Main Street, the Sebastopol Cookie Company offers a dozen varieties of delicious housemade cookies and coffee drinks - and sandwiches as well. They also put togther gift boxes of cookies to go.
