In addition to hiking, the large footprint of Ragle Ranch Park also offers equestrian riding, a leash-free dog park, a duck pond, and amenities such as a playground, picnic benches, soccer fields and volley ball and tennis courts.

    Joe Rodota/West County Trail

    One of the treasures of west county, this walking and biking trail runs for 14 miles from Santa Rosa to Forestville, with Sebastopol smack in the middle. The Joe Rodota Trail runs east of town through 8 miles of wetlands and agricultural areas, while the West County trails runs north of town through vineyards and farms.
